These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of haulage services provided by National Haulage Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide professional road haulage services across the United Kingdom, including:

• General haulage
• Flatbed haulage
• Refrigerated haulage
• Parcel & courier transport
• Traction services

We do not operate sea freight, air freight, or international haulage outside the UK.

• Goods must be properly packaged, labelled, and prepared for haulage.
• Clients must provide accurate delivery and collection information.
• Hazardous or restricted goods must be disclosed in advance.

Failure to comply may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

We are fully insured for road haulage within the UK. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with standard haulage industry practices. Clients are encouraged to obtain additional insurance for high-value or sensitive goods if required.

• All pricing is provided in advance through quotes or agreements.
• Payments must be made within the agreed terms unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Additional charges may apply for delays, waiting times, or incorrect information provided by the client.

• Cancellations must be notified in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control, but we will always aim to minimise disruptions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
